Alana Wilson has been working with horses — and listening deeply to their wisdom — since childhood.

Raised among Welsh ponies and rooted in rural Saskatchewan, she grew up blending intuition, practicality, and an insatiable curiosity for healing.

 By age seven, she was learning reflexology, later expanding into somatic bodywork, trauma release, breathwork, and equine-assisted learning. Her work draws from both ancient traditions and modern trauma science — but it’s the horses who remain her greatest teachers.

 “Crystal Beach isn’t something I built. It’s something I remembered. It asked to be stewarded — and I said yes.”

 Alana’s gift lies in helping people come home to themselves through connection — with breath, with animals, with story, and with the land.

 Crystal Beach sits within a protected game preserve in Saskatchewan — a wild sanctuary where native species still roam and a private lake shimmers with ancestral memory.

 The land includes sites believed to hold medicine wheels and teepee rings, and every structure here is designed to honor rather than override these energies.

 “Our intention is to build with the land, not on it.

Each structure supports the healing, protection, and invitation of this space’s ancestral, elemental, and ecological memory.”
